Yoga Sanctum's Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program is an immersive and comprehensive educational experience designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to become certified yoga instructor. Yoga Philosophy and History:

Anatomy and Physiology:

Asana (Yoga Postures):

Pranayama (Breath Control):

Learn various pranayama practices and their effects on physical and mental well-being.
Ethics and Professionalism:
Explore the ethical considerations of teaching yoga.
Understand the responsibilities of a yoga teacher, including maintaining professional boundaries.
Meditation and Mindfulness:
Develop a regular meditation practice and understand its role in yoga and daily life.
